Insurance
At AcuCascadia, we are happy to bill your medical insurance company for your treatment. Many plans now have some coverage for acupuncture, but please call your insurance company before your visit so you are clear on the exact details of your coverage. Please feel free to contact us with questions about billing.
We are in-network with the following:
Providence
PacificSource commercial plans
FirstChoice Health (including affiliates such as EBMS)
Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
If you are part of a plan in which we are out-of-network, we can still bill your insurance company for you, or you can pay at your visit with our cash discount and send in a receipt to your insurance company so the payment goes towards your deductible or for reimbursement. We are happy to talk to you about your options and figure out what works best for you.
**Note that we are not in-network with PacificSource Community Solutions and are no longer accepting new patients with PacificSource Medicare.
Auto Accidents
Carli and David both have extensive experience treating pain and injuries and work with patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. We understand the physical and emotional trauma that can occur in these situations, and find that acupuncture is often a helpful treatment strategy. If you are recovering from an auto accident and have active Personal Injury Protection through your plan, we are able to bill your auto insurance for you for your treatment.
Cash Discount
We are dedicated to offering competitive pricing for our services to make it more affordable to those who don't have insurance coverage, including prepaid treatment packages. We offer a discounted price to those who choose to pay at the time of service. Please contact our office for more information.
